High pressure to start the day will lead to some decent temps in the 40’s ahead of a low-pressure system that moves through later tonight and tomorrow that has potential for 2” to 5” of snow accumulation from KS/NE border to along south of I-70. A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN PLACE FOR THIS EVENING THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING. Tonight, Lows drop into the 20’s and colder temps in the low 30’s with some gusty winds 25+ mph may result in some areas of blowing snow. 40-degree weather and northwest winds for Friday and Saturday with some light snow Friday night with a weak disturbance working out of eastern Colorado. Sunday southerly flow will warm temps nicely into the 50’s.
