Changing Times Ag Wx; Active Pacific Winter Wx Pattern for 10-14 More Days; Then Shifts to a Trough Over the Area Opening Potential for One More Arctic Blast to End March

High pressure to start the day will lead to some decent temps in the 40’s ahead of a low-pressure system that moves through later tonight and tomorrow that has potential for 2” to 5” of snow accumulation from KS/NE border to along south of I-70. A WINTER STORM WATCH IS IN PLACE FOR THIS EVENING THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING. Tonight, Lows drop into the 20’s and colder temps in the low 30’s with some gusty winds 25+ mph may result in some areas of blowing snow. 40-degree weather and northwest winds for Friday and Saturday with some light snow Friday night with a weak disturbance working out of eastern Colorado.  Sunday southerly flow will warm temps nicely into the 50’s.
