Today sunshine and breezy south wind will warm daytime highs into the low 90’s.  This evening through midday early afternoon tomorrow an approaching upper-level trough from the northwest meanders through northeast Colorado, Nebraska and the Dakotas.  This will increase storm chances and briefly bring cooler temperatures behind a front with highs in the 80’s and lows in the 50’s tomorrow and Saturday.  There could be some severe weather and locally heavy rainfall along and north US Highways 34 and 36.  Over the weekend and early next week slight ridging will result in drier and warmer conditions.
