TODAY will be unseasonably warm and windy ahead of a strong upper-level trough, low-pressure and cold front that will move through this evening. A HIGH WIND WATCH IS IN PLACE and there may some scattered evening thunderstorms and overnight early morning wrap-around rain showers as the system moves off to the east.  Highs today will reach to around 80-degrees and wind gusts of 40-60 mph will first from the south then the northwest will produce blowing dust and flying trash cans.  Behind the exiting low that will wrap-up tighter over the Mississippi and Ohio river valleys will result in colder and windy Wednesday and Thursday.   Friday and Saturday we will see a brief warm-up into the 60’s ahead of a second system that works in on Halloween and Monday.
