TODAY and tomorrow behind an exiting low-pressure system to the east and a ridge moving in from the west to end the weekend weather conditions will continue to be winds and cooler.   Northwest and north winds will blow 20-40 mph with daytime temperatures in the 55-60-dgree range.  Overnight lows tonight remain above freezing with the winds, but will likely drop below tomorrow night as winds diminish and skies clear with high-pressure moving in.  Friday and Saturday we will see a brief warm-up into the 60’s ahead of another trough and low-pressure system on Halloween and Monday.  This system will have much colder air and chances for some light wintry precipitation.
